Start with the roof condition
Renovation involves more than replacing sheets. Before a quotation, assess the covering, timber, leak traces, gutters and junctions. Clear photos help the initial discussion but do not replace an inspection.
Where structural deformation or defects exist, agree the intervention with a specialist before fitting a new covering.
Agree the scope and sequence
The quotation should explain removal, retained or replaced substrate, membranes, battens, covering and accessories. Agree waste handling and building protection during the work.
Drainage and chimney, window and wall junctions belong in the plan. A new covering does not automatically solve ventilation defects or poorly executed junctions.
Prepare your STEEL ROOF enquiry
Send your location, approximate dimensions and photos. State whether the home will be occupied during work and your preferred timeframe. We discuss what can be assessed initially and what requires a survey.
Lead time and cost depend on complexity, material availability and working conditions. The final quotation should state inclusions, items that may change after inspection and warranty conditions.
