What a price per square metre means
When searching BILKA or metal roofing prices in Craiova, separate the covering, the complete material system and the work including installation. A sheet price per m² does not tell you the cost of a finished roof.
Model, thickness and finish affect the covering cost. Ridges, valleys, flashings, screws, underlay and drainage are calculated against roof geometry. Two homes with the same roof area can need different quantities if one has dormers or many junctions.
How to compare two quotations
